Hi
thought ide introduce myself! I'm annie, have been watching shipwrecked for the past 2 years, but my fav out of those was the 2007 one, wasn't as keen on it last year. Looking forward to the new series next sunday and hope its good!

Welcome Annie - out of curiosity what put you off last years? For me it was the repetitiveness of the "2 arrive, 1 goes" every single week!

Hi Annie,
I agree about last year's. It was good to start with but soon got boring after a few weeks. But as a team/people who were on it - I preferred the third island.

Really? I personally watched only part of a 'Third Island' show (The Hawks wasn't it?) but soon got bored and didn't watch another one - didn't really pay much attention to The Hawks until they were returned to the island, that was quite a nice twist! |

I thought last years third island show was better aswell, i think it was cause there were less people to watch in the on programme and so it went into more detail...

Yeah. The Third Island was more back to basics - Shipwrecked. I think thats why it appealed more. So it made them become closer. |

Im Lou, by the way.. I think I liked 2007 the best.. last year there were just too many people for me.. made it hard to keep up!

Yeh i found there were too many people, i wasnt that keen on the 2 arrive and 1 go either Ash, but then i did like the third island as felt it had some of the best people! Namely James and Char! I think 2007 i really got into it and loved the tiger tribe, last year so many people it was hard to support 1 tribe i think. Not sounding good that this year there is lots of people too.

why do they need to have 2 arrivals a week??! I just find you dont get to see enough of the people who actually are entertaining to watch and you end up seeing more than youd like to of others!

i did like the third island as felt it had some of the best people! Namely James and Char! Its so interesting how different people interpret the show, I can't put my finger on why, but I found Char incredibly annoying....lol |

I agree i think there was too many people last year, or maybe it was just that u didnt have enough time to get to know much about alot of them so was hard to warm to them. But i stil loved the tigers, n the hawks, especially james n char (char who i did find annoying in the first week.)
Been watching shipwrecked since 2006, but like other people my fave year was 2007.

I was surprised to see that its been running since 2000, hadn't heard of the show until perhaps the last two series!! Probably explains why this is the only Shipwrecked website on the net following it! |
