Adam arrives on the Shark Island just as Greg leaves with Danny for Tiger Island.
Adam was so bedazzled at his arrival he forgot where he was. The Sharks did not know what to make of him. Lois thought he was mad, as in mental and Kevin eloquently describes Adam as being seven shades away from Danny. Mark, who was quick, in his observation of Adam, suggests stones away. Adam tells them that his friends describe him as a liability to allay their fears.
Maz and Xanthi takes Adam to the beach to tell him of their woes and say what a good bloke Greg is.
Back on Tiger Island Greg is being welcomed. Tigers offer to bring Maz over next time. They all trust Greg. That’s why they picked him. Silkie doesn’t believe Greg will expose the Tiger tactics. Sonny, surprises himself, and trusts that Greg won’t want to go swimming back to the Sharks. Sonny thinks that he may as well set up shop on Tigers. What else is there to do? (Sonny would be a good catch for the Sharks). But Greg thinks otherwise and wonders how he can win over the new arrival and secure his return to Sharks.
Danny is the new leader. He sets up a cheer Tigers are in the lead. Strangely Greg does not join in. Nor do Tom and Della because they do not forget that they are laid back.
Little does Greg know that Adam has made himself at home and with little effort undresses the entire tribe by passing a naked law. Adam suggests that they 'show the Tigers' by having a loud and fiery party on the beach. Some of the Sharks have cheated with the nakedness. I saw their pants. Meanwhile the Tigers are having a quiet night in. Greg feels like he is watching paint dry.
The next day Greg gathers the tribe and says it would be in the interests of the Tiger tribe if he were to visit Maz and the Sharks so that he is fresh faced for their new arrival. They trust Greg and allow their prisoner to go.
Greg is spotted. Maz is held back by the water as she attempts to rush towards him. There was a passionate reunion. They are all pleased to be reunited. Greg introduces himself to Adam and says, pick me and see you later.
The Tigers regret letting their prisoner visit home. Danny works the tigers up to win Adam.
Adam likes laid back chilled people. They treat him to board games and charades. But the Sharks are partying on the Beach. Greg rushes out to join them but forgets about his tag, Danny, who is alarmed that Greg is being pathetic. He should just watch the paint dry. The lovely Silky pours oil on troubled water.
The next day Greg moves in for the kill.
Back on Sharks there is troubled waters. Nadeja and Andrew row. All the girls confront Andrew. Nadeja called Andrew a D*** H***. Mackenzie counsels Andrew. They could lose the game for the Island.
Adam attempts to break the Tigers by declaring anarchy and does a very good job; they are, for a very short while, at each other’s throats. I am warming to Sonny he is definitely becoming more relaxed.
Adam has a big decision but decides not to think about it but chooses Sharks.
Next week all change.
This was a great episode. There were some really good conversations. Adam was like a breath of fresh air.

if i remember correctly adam chose anachy on tigers as he just wanted to chill and the tigers seemed fine with that adam was in on the secret about hiding rations and the ones who fell for it didn't exactly go mad just voiced their opinions ,it was obvious sonny was getting them at it i like sonny ,it as hardly an explosive row now was it and adam said he was impressed ,i don't think he tried to break them down at all i think greg tried to ,and don't like how the sharks tried to paint the tigers as heartless 4 taking Greg ,they HAD to take someone and so annoyed that producers didn't show tigers having fun but they always do it like sharks are the fun tribe and make tigers look boring its a flipping insult and i'm sick of it thanks 4 lettin us know what really happened Holly -top girl

Adding on 2 what i was just saying WHY do the producers do that every year ,yes we know tigers ain't raucus and in your face like sharks but that doesn't mean they never have fun yet they seem bias against showing tigers having any but if they was thay bad surely they'd have no-one on their island and they did it last year like someone else said pn here yet 12 of the 13 hawks chose them and finding out that production are playing a big part is a turn off 4 me as its so bloody obvious this year do they think us viewers are thick ,no wonder ratings are down

I dont know what you are getting your knickers in a twist about lioness.
tbh it is the Tigers that I always hear describing sharks as the party tribe and they are relaxed and layed back. When Della and Jack were new arrivals they said that is what they were told to expect of the Sharks by
the tigers
and that the Sharks lived upto the reputation they have over on
tiger island
.
That dosnt mean that Tigers are boring or dont have fun, it just means there idea of fun may be different to Sharks. It just so happens that perhaps Sharks fun translates better on TV than Tigers more layed approach to life. Both islands have different atmospheres and this is comming across well, different dosnt neccesairly mean one is better than the other.
As for the night in question, the story line the show went for this week was that Greg was bored and felt left out not being able to join in the fun on Sharks and that is what the producers convyed, the Tigers may well have been having the time of their life that night, but Greg wasnt and that was the storyline.

This was an episode that was hard to write about because it was all in the dialogue. It was my interpretation, a rewriting of the story.
I didn't really think that Adam didn't put any thought into his decision or even thought to break the Tigers, I exaggerated.
Adam said himself that his friends consider him to be a liability. He also said that he doesn't consider the consequences of his actions. Adam is, sort of, innocent.

I agree with everything you've said. The Tigers are always referring to the Sharks as the party tribe, while they are more chilled out and laid back. It just depends on what your personal preference is. The Tigers may well have been having the best time of thier lives that night, but Greg wasn't. He was missing his friends, he was hearing them having a blast and just wanted to be with them to enjoy it. Who wouldn't want to spend a fun evening in the company of people you get on with.
I'm sure Tigers have fun in thier own way, but maybe it doesn't translate so well on camera as the Sharks idea of fun. I loved the Sharks running around with barely anything on, making all the noise, of course the producers were going to show that. It makes good TV. Doesn't mean Sharks fun is any better than he Tigers, it's just that the Sharks fun ins more entertaining for the viewers

yes but the producers could've at least shown a bit of this inventive fun tin game so we could see 4 ourselves even if it was onlt 10 or 15 seconds ,i totally agree you don't have 2 be charging around 2 have fun all the time but come on even the editing seemed biased people are quick 2 say about Danny getting annoyed but Danny Liam sonny Hermonie Silkie and a few others all gave Greg a group hug cos they knew how he felt i think danny probably got annoyed cos greg seemed 2 throw the compassion tigers shown right back in their faces they alreqdy knew how he felt he didn't have 2 keep bending Adam's ear and be so sulky but i think they weren't 2 fussed bout losing just glad to get back 2 normal didn't like this greg like the old greg

The Sharks don't just party. They have been described as chilled and laid back by new arrivals as well.

"inventive fun tin can game" that made me giggle I dont know why.
There seems to be an inconsitency in your argument. You have jumped on the fact that Adam said the Tigers were a fun tribe and are complaining it wasnt shown, yet he also said the Sharks were laid back but this also didnt come across, so how is that bias towards Tigers when the editing has affected them both?
As far as Greg goes "compasion that tigers showed" ok then.
Well do you not agree that maybe the Tigers cheering about being in the lead and whooping about beating the Sharks on his first night on there island (as was there right to do) maybe got his back up, how would a Tiger have felt being forced to live on Shark island and hearing them cheer about beating his tribe?
Sonny at the dinner table that night brought up possible Tiger tactics if they won the new arrival, and talked about exploiting his relationship with Maz to try and keep him on their island, which was Greg's worst case scenario. He couldnt very well be expected to just sit back and take the week as it came knowing that Tigers were sceriously considering using that tactic could he?

no of course i didn't expect greg to be jumping up and down and i even admired his loyalty to sharks as i do like loyalty i'm just annoyed at him calling the tigers saying oh it was so boring watching Hermonie and Tom playing backgammon ,well he wasn't forced to was he he could've spoke 2 some of the others who was somewhere else doing whatever and as 4 sonny saying about maz i think he was just speculating if they were 2 win and had 2 take someone else she'd be the obvious choice as she's the one Greg's closest to i think 1 or 2 tigers said they didn't like this new twist and genuinely seemed 2 feel 4 him but some people on here are trying 2 make them out 2 be evil they actually seemed relieved when he went back i thought it was a stupid horrible twist myself pointless really

on the cheering thing it could have been the producers that set this up. Liam has said in another post that when they arrived home from the beach party's the producers tell them to cheer and whoop. So it
could
have been the same instance here.
And to me sonny saying about stealing maz was a nice thing. if the tigers won the next new arrival it would mean they'd be split up from each other for even longer. they weren't thinking how they'd be split up again when or if they were stolen back to the sharks.

The producers or any crew never told us to do things like that, Liam was talking about when new arrivals are coming towards the Islands or when we arrived back to our own Islands after having won a new arrival they would sometimes be like "common guys, show some enthusiasm, youve just won a new arrival" etc, this was only ever really said at the beginning as it became second nature. Everyone on this forum has the wrong idea about how much input crew had and use production as a way of excusing certain behaviour from certain people, they NEVER told us what to say, who to spend time with, what we should do etc. Of course they make all the twists and edit the show in a way they think will make successful but this has been the case with all Shipwrecked's.

But we can only judge on what we see, and what we see seems heavily scripted at some points.
