Yeah i think the generall consensus is that sharks should in all fairness have a massive lead of there rivals, Bene doesnt like Tigers they dont like her..... Tigers wont make any effort with her in fairness i think they should but no doubt as soon as sharks win another new arrival she will go back.

Now its time for tigers to win 2 or 3 new arrivals on bounce to even things up i guess. If the show is anything like this next year i wont bother watching which is a real shame because the previous 3 series have all been very good.

I have to dissagree last year wasnt very good at all. Last years bunch was the worst group of shipwreckers they have ever had. The 3rd island completly over shadowed the main show and the maind islands are what Shipwrecked should be about, but instead they kind of became surplus to requirments not a good thing at all.

This years has improved in many ways (most notably the quality of the castaways) but it still hasnt quite hit its stride like it did the first 2 years. Due in mostly to ridiculously transparent interfering by tptb like at yesterdays beach party.

The Tiger shack looks bad.  Sonny tries so hard but his charms are wasted on Sasha as she prefers Jack, but Jack's unlucky, he may be her choice on Tigers but Sasha has yet to meet Adam.

Greg is Andrew’s friend, Andrew gains much support at a lunch meeting but feel nothing has been resolved.

The meeting makes Mark so angry and Xanthi speechless, surely not.

Maz who agrees that Andrew is picked upon brings up his manners. I think she miscomprehended him, she also becomes angry and Andrew makes a quick retreat.

It’s Mark that saves the day. Scary Mark, Mark who looked like he wanted to kill Andrew the previous day, Mark puts it right. Andrew did get picked on and from now on no more mickey taking. The tribe must be protected. Xanthi must have said something, or Mackenzie if he was there.

Andrew attends the wedding one of the groom’s guests, I presume.

Silkie seems to be getting stronger She is crowned Miss Tiger island. She feels uplifted. Ready for a long drop.

We see the lovely Doug. Where did he go?  Thank goodness he has a storyline and is included in the tactics.  Just in time for Easter Doug builds a church with a life size crucifix. Xanthi worries that it is him that the crucifix is intended for and quickly hides the nails.

Poor Xanthi  he feels the church disapproves of him, the same church that allows a sham wedding. Doug becomes a priest and has more lines. Was Xanthi at the wedding with Hollie who has yet to nominate?  Was Sasha there? Was Mackenzie at the wedding? This year’s Shipwrecked does seem heavily based on Lost. If so will Mackenzie's knee be miraculously healed this Easter weekend.

No one tells Sasha about the happy occasion. Greg newly married thinks she’s a corker.

Sasha became Sergent Major Risler. That must have pleased Nadeja to see Mac and Xanthi shafted and even shifted off the Island.

Silky kept the pigs but didn’t get to keep them. The tribe so wanted to eat meat. Poor Silky loses her pet and her friend Hollie. Silkie need a holiday as much as Hollie does but that’s against the rules.

Hollie speaks to the Tigers. Sonny looks mad, if looks could kill. It’s a good thing Sonny has recently had a good meal.

The Sharks are kind to the Tigers they could have returned the compliment and returned the lovely Nadjeda to them. Sasha is very well supported by the Sharks, Doug volunteers first, then Bene and finally Adam who seems to be the main reason for Sasha's choice. Bene is banished and Hollie nominates. Nadeja shows more of her colours. But Hollie wins through.

I don't like all the twists that are happening and it seems as if it is done to benefit the tigers but at the same time I wonder if it really does benefit them.  There is a flip side to everything and I would personally hate to have someone from the other tribe "forced" over to my tribe.  First the had Xanthie as a shark "punishment" but like it was said by someone on the show (Sonny, I think???) that it was more of a punishment to the tigers having a shark in their midst.  Then they get Greg and he was just a big whiny baby who was also a detriment to the Tigers and now they are getting Bene and we'll have to wait and see if that's a good or a bad thing for the tigers but I'm thinking it's probably going to be bad.  The only twist that really seemed to have benefitted the Tigers, that I can think of, was the Markus one and he seemed to want to be a Tiger anyway.

By having a member of their team ripped away from them it seems to have made the Sharks closer as they are upset that their friends were taken away involuntarily and made the Tigers more uneasy as it must be hard having an 'enemy' in your midst on a constant basis, who are putting a damper on the mood and using the Tiger's new arrival time for the Sharks benefit and such things like that.

i agree coconut i don't think tigers benefit from having to have a shark on their island and i think the tigers would rather it didn't happen ,i honestly believe they would have stood a better chance with Adam if Greg wasn't there and yas Alex i agree about winning new arrivals fair and square but markus would've nominated anyway ,soodi nominated to tigers bringing the score to sharks 11 tigers 9 ,the week after jack and della and jack made it level pegging by picking tigers ,then the folloewng week kev decides 2 play silly beggars by not going over 2 tigers ,so no matter what he and bene was gonna pick sharks which i blame production for ,so it seems to me as soon as tigers catch up its like summat really bad is waiting 2 knock them down ,like bene going over i'm sure after greg this ws the last thing they wanted so yet again the tigers are doomed ,every year its tigers who seem 2 have the difficult journey its like the islands cursed but these hideous twists defo don't benefit them just the opposit in fact and its not fair

Tigers seem to be having the difficult journey but the Sharks are the ones that they keep taking a bite out of. Wouldn't you be pissed if you were a Shark?

I think some of the Tigers are finding the experience more difficult. Hollie, Liam and Silkie. Hollie has nominated to get off the island for a while or more. Jack has thought of nominating and so has Hermione according to Rosie.

Silkie started off seemingly not having a good time she looked quite miserable in a few episodes. She really rose above it, looking happier and becoming the strongest Tiger I think. I hope life becomes better for her again on the island.

The Tigers chose Greg. someone who had nominated away from them with a girlfriend on the island. It was a bit of an arrogant thing to do after winning Danny. It was not a good tactic. That and Danny being aggressive in front of Adam didn't help their cause. Had Greg remained on Sharks, I still think that Adam still would have chosen Sharks.

I’m surprised the Sharks aren’t totally de motivated. It doesn’t matter if they win or lose, either way someone is going over to tigers. You'd have to have the patience of a saint not to be pissed off.

Danny seems to have changed the tigers a little; they seem more focused now, I dont know if that's a good or bad thing?

I thought Bene was brave for putting herself forward when she had such a miserable time on tigers.

I liked the way Xanthi dealt with Doug's cross, he was reasonable and rather than whine and throw a fit he sat Doug down and explained how uncomfortable it made him feel instead of demanding it be taken down. I thought Doug was pretty mature as well for listening and offering to take it down.

I didn’t notice the glaring inconstancies with the wedding guests, which makes me very slow.

I agree with the Xanthi/Doug convo. When I heard that a problem was gonna come from it I expected it to get quite heated as it's something that's clearly important to both of them but they handled it really well. I like that Doug gave the option of taking it down, I think that acknowledgment was important to Xanthi as he was clearly upset. Doug was lovely about it.

In the preview at the start of the show it shows a new arrival announcing his Island Law, that everyone has to go around naked. I'm interested to see how Channel 4 cover that lol, so anyone know when it'll be?

I might be wrong, but has this not already happened, I thought it was Adams law for Sharks?

I thought that as well, reading a review of the episode I was expected something heated. It made watching it better to see how they both handled it. I agree I think Doug listening and offering to take it down probably helped a lot because he took into account Xanthi’s feelings. I love the fact Xanthi didn’t ask for it to be taken down because no one else had a problem, it didn’t turn into a bigger issue then.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who didn’t notice Hollie at the wedding, I need to pay more attention. I liked the wedding, maybe I'm in a minority but I thought it was funny.

I agree, both Xanthi and Doug can across really well I think!

She was right in the cameras view! I have no idea how I missed it  Cheesy I was too busy looking at everyones outfits I think lol.

It was funny, don't get me wrong, I just felt it was... weird I guess. Like maybe it was more serious than it was supposed to come across as? That makes me sound mental I know, I just can't explain it. But yeah  Cheesy

i completely agree. i always get ready to put my fingers in my ears and close my eyes just incase they show too much!!!

but as hermione said - it's a good experience, will make you appreciate what you are eating a bit more (assuming you aren't vegetarian/vegan). Too many people are happy to eat meat thinking it turns up ready made in a supermarket. Animals have to die for you to eat them! I just think people on this show burst into tears far too often, I hope that's just them acting because otehrwise I wonder how they cope in real life

I think Sasha only went to Sharks because of Adam. Adam is turning into a bit of a babe magnet, first Sasha and now Holly.
