Am getting quite upset at the thought of today's being last one. Hope a Shark wins pref Mackenzie, Xanthi, Dan, Greg or Maz.

Is there a reunion special this year like there was last year?

It's the final week of Shipwrecked and time to discover which tribe has won and which Shipwrecker will walk away with the £70000 prize money.
With the scores equal, the tribes are more desperate than ever to win the last new arrival, 19-year-old T4 competition winner Liran. Both tribes do all they can to convince Liran their tribe deserves to win. His island laws provide the Tigers and Sharks with time to reflect on their experiences, with Sonny even declaring he has now become a feminist!
Shark couple Greg and Maz reflect on their time together. But when letters arrive from home, it's an emotional time for everyone, especially Maz, when an unexpected letter from her ex-boyfriend makes her reassess everything, leaving Greg out in the cold.
As the final beach party approaches, banished Tiger Liam ponders a dilemma he thinks he might face. If he gets to choose between his original island Tigers and his new home Sharks, he will have a chance to judge which he thinks is more likely to win. As decision time arrives, the tribes realise that their fate is in the hands of all the islanders who have previously been stolen or banished.
And even when the winning island is announced, there's yet another surprise twist...

Maybe they get the option to stay on their new island or go back to their original island.  Then the members on the team with the most islanders become eligible to become the sole winner based upon votes from both islands?

i'm really excited about the final now!!! and all the shipwreckers in the t4 studio. i really hope MacKenzie or Xanthi wins. Just heard now on t4 18 shipwreckers are gonna be there!!! Smiley

Hmm, well done Greg, but wanted Xanthi & MacKenzie to win!!!!!!!! :'(, Ahh the Shipwreckers on TV was wicked. loved the bit right at the start when MacKenzie said 'it all come into perspective when Xanthi came' awwwww. there should've been an award for best friendship and they would have SO won it! x

I would have liked Mac to get it, out of the ones the Tigers were discussing. But Greg seemed genuinely shocked/grateful about winning. I felt really bad for him thru the whole ep, don't quite understand Maz's action at all really  Sad Bits of the studio interview were really good, some bits not so much lol. Some of the shipwreckers are looking brilliant tho! Loving the new hair dos  Cheesy

was a great final episode Grin

we got to see a lot more of the islanders this week,felt i got to know them a little bit more, should of been like that everyweek.

but why didn't we get to see the tigers get their letters Huh

and wish there was a proper reunion show, not just a quick chat, would love to know how they're all getting on Huh do they keep in touch or lost touch ???how's the experience changed them Huh

still wish the tigers had won Sad but must confess the sharks deserved their win Grin
and Greg was a good choice Grin

I think they could have given the letter thing a miss. It shouldn't have been last episode material, it's a bit very mawkish. The final should be exciting, uplifting and a celebration.

The winning side I think should have picked the winner without knowing what they were doing.
