Oh I get that - what I meant was, the way you both decided you suddenly needed to walk on eggshells and made assumptions that he would freak out because you had different views to his. Maybe you saw something to warrant that, but it doesn't look like it because the show's attempt to set him up vs dan in argument didn;t work v well - they were both quite amicable.
