the islands are privatly owned and hired out.
you can go for day trips. but not when the shipwreckers are there... you could probably go now, and the stuff we built usually get left on the island until just b4 the next series.
it is smaller than rapota but you can use more of Moturakau because Rapota is mostly rocks. Moturakau is almost entirely made up of sand.
i think it tool me 9 hours from La to rarotonga and 45 mins from raro to aitutaki
