Okay so some things need to be set straight. First off is the money and it all going to greg. Not once did the production say that the money will be divided between the winning island, in our shipwrecked booklets it said there was a £70,000 prize money to be awarded, we all just assumed that due to precedent over previous years that the money would be divided amongst the winning tribe, but that was our own assumptions.

2nd point is maz and that letter, she asked production if there were letters from home that it not come from joe and come from family instead, but production went and got the letter from him anyway, they left maz until the very end to read her note knowing how it would all play out, devious but they're there to make a tv show. I love maz to pieces but the way she was portrayed in the final episode made her look terrible and a gold digger, but she certainly isn't.

I always wanted to go on shipwrecked but they way the producers seem to treat contestants is nothing short of disgusting imo.

Thanks for that Liam. Its good to hear what people are really like. After last weeks episode, I had Maz down as a 'Gold Digger' in my mind. Just shows how people in the media can twist things, for entertainment .
I would never go on a reality TV show. You never know how you will be portrayed.

I imagine Liam would make a small fortune in sales ! lol

What the production crew did with Maz was cruel ,Greg looked so awkward and it was obviously an embarrassing moment for them both and awkward for the rest of the team but for Maz to ask that the letter be from her family and not her BF tells me she must have been expecting a letter from him so that tells me there was unfinished business with this Joe guy but she still decided to get involved with Greg ,which isn't crime of the century but greg seemed to think they were serious when obviously she just saw it as a fling which was unfair on greg so i just felt more sorry for greg as he wasn't in the know but ended up left out in the cold ,still i'm sure he felt a nice warm feeling when he was announced the winner although he's been slated for that too by some of the sharks poor guy.
