I would have thought either Hermione or Hollie.

If the Sharks had to choose the winner from their own tribe, I am sure they would have picked MacKenzie.
I'm not too sure they would have picked Greg though, given the sour grapes around Gregs win.

It would have probably been fairer if everyone could have chosen the winner rather than just the tigers.

A shark win was always going to be a toss up between Greg and MacKenzie.

If the Tigers had won however it, I don't think it would have been as clear cut as to which Tiger would have been the winner.

Hmm, if the Sharks used the same criteria on the Tigers as the Tigers used on the Sharks, they would have ruled out Hermione and Tom as not needing the money, and possibly several of the others.  I can't remember whether any of the Sharks said on the episode that they would have used money to pay off debts, but if Tigers ruled this out too, then Liam might not have been in the running. 

Silkie might have had interesting ideas about how to use money, but if it involved politics, Sharks may have found that difficult to approve in the same way as the Tigers ruled out religion. 

I suspect if Tigers had won we would have had more airtime for longstanding team members people like Frankie, Markus, Jack and Della so that we could feel more involved in the Sharks decisions.

Of course, all this assumes that Sharks would have gone along with the production team's twist.  Silkie was very anxious from the moment Jack explained it, and with more support, might have boycotted the idea.  I wonder if Mackenzie, Xanthi etc would have refused to take part?  It really was almost the worst programme idea I have ever seen....

I am going to throw a spanner in the works now.

Given the production team were so pro Tigers
If the Tigers had WON do you think the production team would have
a) allowed it to go to just one person (with the Sharks choosing the winner)
b) allowed it to go to just one person (with the Tigers choosing the winner)
c) allowed it to go to just one person (with all Shipwreckers choosing the winner)
d) Divided it equally among the tribe

Interesting theory: I wonder if the production team had decided to give the winnings to one person right at the beginning, or decided at the last minute it would make a  nice little twist. Would they have put that little twist in if the Tigers had Won.
