I think he might still be a contender for the money, he seemed pretty cool. I liked the rapping, even if Sonny did look a bit jealous! Takes guts to do a 13 minute rap song on your first day or two! Basically the whole episode surrounded him, so he's given the show some life, finally. The producers sold him out a little as well, I thought. Why didn't they tell him he had to go instead of sending the Tigers after him on a boat?

Bene was a bit of collateral damage in the fallout from his decision not to go to the Sharks, but in a weird way, it brought out a better side in her. Prior to that, we just caught a glimpse of what General Franco's mother must have been like. The Bene we saw in the second part of the episode I like. Hope we see more of her.

actually from what Liam said on his board- kevin just kindof said in passing he'd liked the shark lot so much he didnt feel like leaving and the producers jumped on that and encouraged him to say he wanted to stay there for the sake of some drama...

Joseph! The only shark to emerge from Hawk island! The one that got horrendously sunburned after being in the sun for 2 mins! He was such a bore!

I think i mentioned on a previous thread, that Kevin did not incur any kind of punishment for what he did, and to be honest, he should have done! It would have made far better tele if the decision was then to have been solely Bene's and then the Tigers could have kicked themselves for not trying a little harder to have impressed her instead of concentrating on trying to convert the unconvertable in Kevin.

Im pleased he went to Sharks he seems a little like a right Richard Cranium if you ask me...which you probably wont! hahahaha i just think it a shame that Tigers didnt do more for Bene and that was all down to this silly little boys decision.

If he had not made the decision to stay and actually did what he was supposed to, then it would never have been an issue. He could have gone over and told them himself he was a shark, and then they could have put more effort into getting Bene, but that didnt happen as they were working on Kevin to sway him, when his mind was made up. I think they punished Bene too, and that was wrong.
The Tigers treatment of Bene is inexcusable, not disputing that, i just think that the whole situation came about purely on Kevin's decision not to go to Tigers.
